This is the second concert clip I have seen recently from something called "The Old Grey Whistle Test." I watched a 1977 concert of Billy Joel from the same venue. Can you do some investigation as to what this venue is?
It was a british television show -- I had never heard of it. Started in 1971, ended in 1987. Bob Harris was the host.
